We operate a 14 days hassle free returns policy, should you not like the item or simply change your mind, you can just return us the item at our returns address for a refund or exchange. Please note that buyer pays the returns postage under all circumstances. We do not accept international returns, return are only accepted for orders within the United Kingdom.

Yes, we ship all over the world

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
