Return And Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
  • Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Process for Returns and Exchanges:
  • Submit a return request
  • Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

  • For exchanges, please specify the new item you would like to receive in exchange.
3. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will offer a refund or help you find an alternative item.
5. Store Credit:
  • If you prefer, we can issue store credit for returned items, which can be used for future purchases with us.
6. In-Store Returns:
  • If you prefer to return or exchange items in-store, please bring the item, along with your receipt or proof of purchase, to our physical location during business hours.
