Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to courier or postal service disruptions.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's website.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. AdoreByKhwahish is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at adorebykhwahish@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
