Refund & Returns Policy
Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AdoreByKhwahish. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all tags attached and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at adorebykhwahish@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of an approved refund, only the cost of the item(s) will be reimbursed. The original shipping charge will not be returned. This does not apply to items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect on our part — please refer to the section below.

Important — Note Inside Your Package Every return must include a handwritten or printed note inside the package containing the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your complete delivery address
This is essential so we can locate your order and process your refund promptly. Refunds may be delayed or declined if this information is not included.
Damaged or Defective Items
Items Received Damaged or Defective If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at adorebykhwahish@gmail.com. You must include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the damage or defect
We will review your claim and, where valid, offer one of the following resolutions:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
- A store credit
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us, return shipping costs will be covered by AdoreByKhwahish in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Items Returned in a Damaged Condition All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item is returned in a condition that differs from how it was sent — including signs of wear, damage, staining, or missing tags — we reserve the right to:
- Refuse the return and send the item back to you
- Apply a partial refund to account for the reduction in value
- Decline the refund entirely if the item is deemed unsaleable
We strongly recommend packaging your return securely and using a tracked delivery service. AdoreByKhwahish is not responsible for items damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Sale or final sale items (unless faulty)
